Prepare for the DCL!

Thinking about taking the DCL? The DCL is a diploma offered by Education Nationale that validates the ability to use a foreign language in a professional situation.
In order to take the exam, you must have a minimum of A2 as described in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. For the moment, the diploma is offered in several languages: English, German, Spanish and Italian. Other languages such as Chinese, Arabic and Russian will follow.
The DCL lasts for three hours and the candidate must deal with a scenario in which he or she is given a mission to carry out. Several tasks must be accomplished in order to complete that mission.
For those of you interested in preparing the English DCL, here are the documents from a former DCL exam you can print out:
Document 2: Dossier candidat
Document 3 (to complete Phase I in the Dossier candidat): Dossier document à lire
To complete Phase II in your Dossier candidat, you'll need to listen to this:

Document 4 (Examiner's documnet): Guide de référence
